Another Juice Fiend Green juice, this time using mint for flavour! Ingredients are pretty standard. I think pineapple, apple, cucumber and celery make a pretty solid base. And mint being such a flavoursome herb really gives this juice a distinctive taste!

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 3 apples
  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1 lemon

  1. Wash the apples, cucumber, celery & kale
  2. Chop skin off pineapple and lemon

  4. Cut the kale and mint stalks to help prevent the juicer clogging up
  5. Juice all the ingredients together
  6. For a pulp free juice, strain the juice through a sieve (optional)

Juice Fiend Says

It just depends on my mood whether I decide to strain the juice or not. It’s much quicker not to strain and it also means I get bonus fibre (as well as some more nutrients). But for me, a sieved juice is a nicer juice!
